Measurements are taken before the purchase is made and the customer will agree on the appropriate size of product to be ordered with Special Occasions.

The customer will be advised of an estimated delivery time for goods purchased, this time is an estimate and many things can either arrive earlier or later than advised. Special Occasions accepts no responsibility for goods once they have left the store, all
goods are collected and inspected by the customer before they leave the store and damage to the goods after this time will remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. Customers are required to collect all products within four weeks of Special
Occasions receiving the products from the manufacturer. Special Occasions will call the customer once the products are ready for collection where an appointment will be made for the customer to try on and inspect the product, if we are unable to contact the customer we will continue trying to make contact, if two weeks pass we will send a letter to the customer informing them that they have two weeks to collect the products. If we are unable to make contact by phone or letter within four weeks
we will impose a storage fee on the products until they are collected, this will form a new balance or become a part of any outstanding balance. Storage fees will be one pound (£1) per product per day that the product is left at our store. If the wedding
date that we have been told by the customer passes and we still have the products in storage, they will be sold or sent to public auction in order to recoup any remaining balance and storage fees, in this instance the customers deposit will be lost and the
items will become entirely the property of Special Occasions.
